Grooming services are by appointment only.

RABIES VACCINATION 

Rabies vaccination is required by the state of Florida.

Please bring a current copy of your pet's vaccination to your appointment.

If you do not have a copy of your current records, we will be happy to contact your vet.

FLEA TREATMENT

If we find that your pet has fleas, we will administer treatment for an additional fee. This is not negotiable, nor will we ask for authorization. This is to ensure that we can maintain a flea-free environment not only for your pet, but for all our customers.

 

MATTING

Allowing a pets coat to get matted is not only very uncomfortable but also dangerous to your pets health. Excessive matting can be avoided with regular brushing and grooming. If your pet is matted, an additional dematting fee will be added, and we will discuss all options at the time of check-in.

PET SAFETY

Please advise us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions at time of check-in.

We are not responsible for aggravating conditions we were not made aware of.

 

If your pet has a history of biting or any other prior grooming issues, we MUST be told up front to ensure our personal safety. Additional fees may be applied if these issues cause excessive time or resources to be used.

GROOMING POLICY

  Owners are not permitted to assist in the grooming process.

The average pet takes approximately 3 1/2 hours to be properly groomed.

We reserve the right to refuse or halt service due to dangerous behaviors or conditions.
